For this commission, I used for the first time a 3D background for the scene using ABLUR!I imported the draft into the software to figure out the best angle, and exported the linework to integrate into the illustration!

This was my first full-body animated commission with a background, of a character I've redesigned for the same client - Hyacinth!It was very fun to figure out some new tricks to bring the idea of this animation to life!

I was commissioned to make an animated cutscene for the visual novel ERROR143.Bringing Micah to life was a challenge at the time, his motion for this particular cinematic was complex, but I was able to meet the client's idea for the animation!The art is no longer in the game, but I'm glad some people got to see it!
Hyacinth and
Ezekiel's Character Reference Sheets
Hya was both a redesign and a character reference sheet work. The client shared her initial design, and we brainstormed
what they wanted her character to be!From there I designed her prosthetics, new outfit (with alternates), and weapon!
Ezekiel is Hya's love interest, and like her was a design and reference sheet commission!
Being from the same story, it was important to keep the style of the sheets consistent!
